- Scrub and rinse tubs and showers
- Clean sinks, counters, mirrors, and fixtures

- Neatly hang towels and empty trash when liners are available
Living areas & bedrooms
- Dust accessible surfaces, shelves, decor, ledges, and furniture
- Clean mirrors and accessible interior glass
- Straighten pillows, blankets, rugs, and small items
- Vacuum accessible upholstered furniture
- Dust blinds, windowsills, and reachable ceiling fans
Floors & baseboards

- Return rugs after floors dry

- Empty trash and replace liners when available

Move-in & move-out cleaning

Move cleaning is a detailed service designed for homes before moving in or after moving out. Water and electricity must be available, and the clearest results come when belongings are removed.
Included areas may cover
- Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, doors, handles, and accessible shelving
- Appliance exteriors and cabinet exteriors
- Accessible closets, shelves, rods, windowsills, tracks, switches, and doorframes
- Inside cabinets and drawers when requested or included
- Inside refrigerator and oven when requested or included
- Vacuuming and mopping throughout, including accessible areas under beds

Your accepted quote is the final checklist.
Property condition, leftover belongings, paint or construction residue, access, requested appliances, cabinets, garages, and other special areas can change the time and scope required. We confirm those details before service.
